Consonus Music Institute’s Director of Curriculum Development Mike Christiansen will be presenting a clinic at the 2013  Texas Bandmasters Association Conference on 21st Century Classroom Guitar Instruction. This presentation will cover key information for every music teacher who either currently teaches or is considering teaching classroom guitar.

Topics will range from How To Establish a Class, What Every Student Guitarist Should Know, Teaching Sequences, Basic Guitar Skills for Teachers, Selecting Curriculum and More. Teachers will also be introduced to CMI’s Blending Learning Courseware and will receive free samples of CMI Courseware and trial subscriptions to the CMI Online Learning Site
